Incluir fechas de nacimiento de las personas implicadas. Ejemplo correcto: "Qué necesito saber sobre mi relación con [nombre], nacido/a el [fecha]." Ejemplo incorrecto: "Qué me depara el futuro." Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY In case you need to modify an appointment, we kindly ask you to give us at least 4 hours' notice. If, due to any circumstance, the session cannot take place, you will be informed as far in advance as possible. CONSULTATION WAITING POLICY To guarantee the proper development of the sessions and respect for the reserved time, the following maximum waiting time is established in case the person does not show up at the agreed time: 15-minute consultations: availability will be maintained for a maximum of 10 minutes. 30-minute consultations: availability will be maintained for a maximum of 15 minutes. Once this time has elapsed without prior notice, the session will be considered canceled and its realization at another time cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding and punctuality. SCHEDULES The times shown during the booking automatically adapt to your time zone. It is the responsibility of each person to correctly verify the date and time of their appointment before completing the booking. REFUND POLICY Under no circumstances will refunds be made once the booking is confirmed.
