QUÉ INCLUYE Lectura de tarot intuitiva en directo con Eli, centrada exclusivamente en temas de amor y relaciones sentimentales. La sesión se realiza por videollamada de WhatsApp con una duración de 30 minutos. Se aceptan preguntas durante la sesión. CÓMO FUNCIONA Selecciona tu fecha y hora disponible en la agenda. Recibes confirmación de tu cita por email. A la hora agendada Eli te llama por videollamada de WhatsApp. TEMÁTICA DE LA CONSULTA Esta lectura es exclusivamente sobre amor y relaciones sentimentales. No se aceptan preguntas sobre salud, diagnósticos médicos ni embarazo. POLÍTICA DE PUNTUALIDAD La consultante es la única responsable de la fecha y hora seleccionada al agendar su cita. Es imprescindible estar disponible y con el teléfono operativo a la hora exacta de la cita. Transcurridos 15 minutos desde la hora agendada sin que la consultante esté disponible, la cita se considerará realizada. No se reembolsa ni se reagenda. CONDICIONES DEL SERVICIO Servicio disponible exclusivamente para mayores de 18 años. Esta lectura es una herramienta de orientación personal y crecimiento espiritual. No constituye ni sustituye asesoramiento médico, psicológico, jurídico ni financiero. Las decisiones tomadas a partir de la lectura son responsabilidad exclusiva de la consultante. CONFIDENCIALIDAD Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS Toda la información facilitada durante la consulta es estrictamente confidencial. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY In case you need to modify an appointment, we kindly ask you to give us at least 4 hours' notice. If, due to any circumstance, the session cannot take place, you will be informed as far in advance as possible. CONSULTATION WAITING POLICY To guarantee the proper development of the sessions and respect for the reserved time, the following maximum waiting time is established in case the person does not show up at the agreed time: 15-minute consultations: availability will be maintained for a maximum of 10 minutes. 30-minute consultations: availability will be maintained for a maximum of 15 minutes. Once this time has elapsed without prior notice, the session will be considered canceled and its realization at another time cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding and punctuality. SCHEDULES The times shown during the booking automatically adapt to your time zone. It is the responsibility of each person to correctly verify the date and time of their appointment before completing the booking. REFUND POLICY Under no circumstances will refunds be made once the booking is confirmed.
